The $5 Serve - Court Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period:

• This $5 court hire promotion is valid from 6am, Friday 21st March, 2025 until 12:00pm, Friday, 18th April, 2025.

2. Valid Days and Times:

• The $5 court hire rate is applicable only for bookings made and utilised between the hours of 6:00am and 12:00pm on the following days:
• Monday's
• Wednesday's
• Friday's

3. Eligibility:

• This promotion is available to all individuals booking a tennis court at the Wests Tennis Centre.

4. Booking Requirements:

• All court bookings are subject to availability.
• Bookings must be made in advance through, our online booking system, Hello Club at Tennis Macarthur 
  

5. Court Type:

• This promotion applies to synthetic grass court bookings.
• This promotion does not apply to our pickleball court.

6. Duration of Booking:

• Standard court booking durations apply of 60 minutes.

7. Payment:

• The promotional rate of $5 is payable per court booking per hour for the eligible days and times.
• Standard payment methods accepted by Tennis Macarthur apply.

8. Cancellation Policy:

• Our standard cancellation policy applies to bookings made under this promotion. Please refer to our website for standard booking terms & conditions. As per our cancellation policy: 
• You can change or cancel your booking up to four hours before your booking time, through the Hello Club portal, after which you will receive a credit to the value of your booking automatically.
• Booking fees will be forfeited for cancellations/changes within four hours of the booking time.

9. Limitations:

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
• Tennis Macarthur reserves the right to limit the number of promotional bookings per individual or group.
• This promotion is for casual court hire only and does not apply to coaching sessions, events, or block bookings unless explicitly agreed by Tennis Macarthur.

10. Modification and Termination:

• Tennis Macarthur reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. General:

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by the standard booking terms & conditions of Wests Tennis Centre.
• Tennis Macarthur is not responsible for any inability to book a court due to unavailability or technical issues.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Tennis Macarthur will be final.
