Wests Tennis Centre

1. Go to https://play.tennismacarthur.com.au/
2. Click on Create Account for Tennis Macarthur
3. Agree to terms and conditions. Click continue.
4. Click Sign up with your email, alternatively sign up using your Facebook or Google account by choosing one of these options.
5. Enter your personal details. Click continue.
6. Add other members of your household - if you wish. Consent to  privacy policy. Click Continue. 
7. Add your Tennis Macarthur Membership to participate in our competitions and progams or remain a casual member. Click Continue.
8. *Optional - add your Tennis Australia Player ID number. Click Continue.
9. Choose your username and password. Click Continue.
10. Enter your payment details (for your membership if you chose this option). Click Continue.
11. Confirmation, click 'Sign Up' to complete your registration an email will be sent to you confirming your account.

Now you can book a court! 

1. Sign in to your Hello Club account, if you do not have an account follow the steps above to register.
2. Click on the Menu (three little lines top right corner of your screen).
3. Click on Bookings.
4. Choose the court you wish to book.
5. Click on the available time you wish to book (bookings will be for a minimum 1 hour. If you wish to book the court for longer than click on the down arrow to the time you wish to end your booking.  
6. Once clicked, New Court Hire Booking will appear on your screen. 
7. *Optional - Choose an option displayed - either, make this booking for someone else or make this a recurring booking *you do not need to do this step if it is a booking for yourself . Click Next.
8. New Booking screen will appear. Add in your name. *Optional - add other members you are sharing the booking with. Click Next.
9. Booking Confirmation screen will appear. Check your booking is correct. Click Next.
10. Payment Screen will appear. Check the booking and cost is correct. Click Next.
11. Enter in your Payment Details to confirm your booking. 

As a member of Tennis Macarthur you recieve the following benefits:

To become a member: 

1. Sign in to your Hello Club account by going to https://play.tennismacarthur.com.au/
2. If you do not have your profile for Hello Club yet, follow the steps above in 'How to register for Hello Club'.
3. On your home page select 'Memberships'.
4. Select a membership type (e.g. Adult membership). Click Next. 
5. Review your membership. Click Next. 
6. Enter your payment details. Click Next.

Once you've booked a court through our member portal (Hello Club), you'll receive an email confirmation containing your PIN for court access. 

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. 

Your PIN will allow you to enter the court 10 minutes before your booking time. For example, if your booking is at 7:00PM, you can use your PIN to open the gate from 6:50PM. The gate will then lock at the end of your booking time.

For assistance during your visit to Wests Tennis Centre, please call 02 4604 822 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

If your call isn't answered, leave a clear message with your phone number so we can return your call promptly. 

Please note that Tennis Macarthur is not responsible for personal belongings locked on the courts after 8:00 PM. If this occurs, call the number above, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
